Shipping to Uganda? Regulated goods must be verified in India, before loading, under the Uganda National Bureau of Standards (UNBS) PVoC programme, and must travel with a Certificate of Conformity. Without one, expect destination inspection, penalties and delays. Uganda added 30 new and 27 amended compulsory standards from 1 January 2026. PCN coordinates testing, inspection and the CoC.
