The India–EU trade relationship is growing, but European customs and market-surveillance authorities don’t accept “we’ll sort the paperwork later”. To sell in the EU/EEA, most products need CE marking backed by a technical file. Radio products must meet the Radio Equipment Directive, and electronics and most articles must pass RoHS and REACH chemical rules. PCN prepares the complete package for you.

Great Britain has its own UKCA regime, though CE marking is still accepted there for many product categories. Northern Ireland follows EU rules.
For LVD/EMC self-declaration, typically 2–6 weeks. Routes with a Notified Body take longer.
Often, yes. CB and IEC reports are widely used as evidence for the matching EN standards, provided European differences are covered.
